Hanak H280 Wet Fly Hook

The H280 BL has a longer shank than other hooks in the 200 series making it fantastic for all wet stillwater patterns! Developed, tested and produced in the Czech Republic. This hook is used by many Czech top competitive fly fishermen. 

The H280 Fly Hook is a big favourite with stillwater fly fishers and is a must have in your fly-tying box. The ultra sharp hook features a wide gap, long needle point with a wave design, that keeps a good hold of fish! Supplied in an appealing  black nickel finish in a box containing 25 hooks.    

The  exceptional innovative design of the Hanak Competition hooks increases the efficiency of both the strike and the landing of a fish.  

This is reached by using high Carbon steel and by the special shape of the hook finished with an extra-long needle point. Use of barbless hooks dramatically reduces damage to fish; it limits injury and shortens handling time of caught fish.  

These hooks are dispatched on the same working day as your purchase when ordered before 3pm on a Monday to Friday working day. Public holidays obviously have an impact on posting and although we do not claim to post at the weekend, we will take to the post office when we can to have your purchase in the system.
