Most big Reservoir and Loch boat anglers consider a boat seat to be an essential piece of equipment for a day out on the water. To ensure comfort the seat has been constructed of strong, lightweight box section aluminium, with wooden reinforcement to eliminate bending. It has a vinyl covered padded seat and backrest. The handy tray keeps fly boxes, tippet and all your fly-fishing accessories close to hand. This type of boat seat has often been copied but never beaten or even matched for build quality and reliability.
The Rutland Boat Seat will be a trusty boat partner for many years to come! To put all those big anglers mind at rest the seat has been tested to 16 stone however please follow the instructions on the underside of the seat every time you prepare to go fishing and always wear a life jacket. The dimensions of the boat seat are: 21cm wide, extends from 118cm to 188cm.
The free bag/carry case is now included and has room for not only the seat but your drogue, life jackets and other boat fishing essentials as well as a space for a couple of rod tubes, making the journey from car to boat a much easier task!
